Emma is the founder and creative director of ESM Creative Studio, a full-service studio based in NYC. Being a self-taught designer she shares her story, from starting college in the field of science then to marketing and then finding design as a hobby! We talk about how she began to work with the Gals on the Go Podcast while also starting her own community called the Golden hour Guild! She shares how she built her studio & how she manages her clients, while also sharing her struggles with impostor syndrome and self-doubt. This is a really great episode that I think a lot will be able to relate to!
